Responsibilities:
- Top Creator for Home Living, Grocery, Electronics
- Executing and monitoring TikTok Shop monetary voucher support for category creators to accelerate creator GMV growth ; weekly reporting on performance of overall promotion
- Maintain and cultivate the growth of TikTok creator accounts towards performance goals, continue improvement of content for both live streaming and short video, maximizing the business as well as monetization growth;
- Measure and conduct analysis of overall creator's performance towards key metrics as well operational and process improvements;
- Actively work and collaborate together with the cross-functional stakeholders to achieve greater impact on the platform

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student
- Good understanding on TikTok content, especially TikTok live-stream/ short-video
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the e-Commerce industry
