Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product or UX design across mobile and web apps, with a background in HCI, Interaction Design, Information Design, or a related field.
- A proven track record of shipping complex multi-role product flows with multiple states and scenarios.
- Ability to articulate opportunities via journey mapping and translating insights into ideas through sketches, wireframes, or prototypes.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to layout, typography, and pixel details.
- Good communication skills, comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $87822 - $184000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
