Responsibilities
Creator Assortment and Affiliate Operation team plays a critical role in driving creator and merchant success through strategic product assortment and monetization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Deepdive creator's assortment preference through interview, data analysis, and research, develop product assortment strategies, review, and continuously optimize methodologies.
- Explore the matchmaking process between sellers and creators, identify pain points and opportunities to improve efficiency, and collaborate with product, merchant, and creator operations teams to promote the implementation of innovative product and operational solutions.
- Participate in developing assortment policies, define curated assortments and incentive schemes, and guide creators to achieve the target and improve efficiency.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above; 5+ years of eCommerce experience
- Strong understanding of content, especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other content-driven platforms.
- Data driven, strong execution, good communication, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong data analytical background preferred
- Experience in working with cross-category, cross-platform channels, cross-functional functions, and cross-product domain teams, influencing the team towards a common goal for assortment growth
