TikTok Shop - Special Project, Top Creator Manager - Vietnam
Responsibilities
Semi-fulfillment Project, as a special project of TikTok VN, which was launched at the end of 2023, aims to onboard sellers with strong supply chains but lack content capability (such as manufacturers & distributors), and support sellers to pursue sustainable growth on TTS by providing effective guidance and support on assortment operations, affiliate matchmaking and advertising etc. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Creator Manager to join us, which offers an opportunity to work closely with TikTok Top creators, matchmaking sellers and creators' collaborations, provide strategic initiatives, and contribute to the growth of the project.
You will gain hands-on experience in project management, data tracking, and cross-functional collaboration, making this a perfect role for candidates passionate about e-commerce, influencer marketing, and team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Creator Management: Participate in formulating Top Creator growth strategies, responsible for Top Creator coverage rate and business scale performance.

- Assortment Management: Design and optimize assortment strategies through refind operation, and improve Seller x Creator matchmaking efficiency.
- Campaign and initiative: Leverage campaign resources and propose initiatives to drive creator performance and figure out business opportunity through performance tracking & data analysis.
- Project management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams for affiliate tools management, ads operation support and other innovative initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Over 3 years working experience in e-commerce, especially in creator management, or content operations.
- Proactive, collaborative and strong communication skills.
- Data analysis skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Passion for influencer marketing and e-commerce.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Understanding of e-commerce live streaming and short videos is preferred.
