TikTok Shop - Senior Account Manager, Jewelry & Gold (Vietnam)

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Jewelry & Gold category expert to help shape the next stage of growth for this category. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands the jewelry market, has strong relationships with businesses and merchants in Vietnam, and is excited by the opportunity to bring trusted jewelry shopping experiences to a fast-growing online platform.
This is an Individual Contributor role with high ownership, visibility, and strong potential for career growth as the category scales.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow TikTok Shop Vietnam's jewelry, gold, jade, gemstone, and related precious materials categories by identifying key opportunities, priority segments, and high-potential merchant groups.
- Build and utilize strong B2B relationships with jewelry companies, gold shops, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, brand owners, and key merchants across the Vietnam market.
- Map the jewelry and precious materials landscape, including product types, pricing structures, consumer demand, merchant capabilities, and offline-to-online growth opportunities.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for key sub-categories such as gold jewelry, fashion jewelry, jade, gemstones, fine jewelry, and other related segments.
- Lead merchant acquisition, onboarding, incubation, and performance improvement, helping sellers understand how to grow effectively on TikTok Shop.
- Own day-to-day account management for priority merchants, driving seller growth plans, performance reviews, issue resolution, and long-term business development while partnering closely with internal teams including category strategy, seller growth, key account management, creator ecosystem, campaigns, and platform governance to build a sustainable and scalable category.
- Identify trusted merchants and high-quality supply sources, while supporting category standards around product authenticity, quality, pricing, and consumer experience.
- Develop initiatives that help jewelry sellers improve online sales performance through content, livestreaming, affiliate collaboration, campaigns, and platform tools.
- Track category performance, seller growth, assortment quality, and market trends to continuously improve business outcomes.
- Act as a key category expert for jewelry and gold, bringing industry knowledge, merchant insight, and market perspective into TikTok Shop's broader commerce strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in the jewelry industry, including jewelry, gold, jade, gemstone, precious materials, luxury goods, retail, wholesale, distribution, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of jewelry product types, materials, quality factors, pricing logic, supply chain dynamics, and consumer buying behavior.
- Broad network and strong relationships with jewelry companies, gold shops, merchants, distributors, manufacturers, or industry associations in Vietnam.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, merchant acquisition, or relationship management.
