As part of GNE organization is our Service Support Centre (SSC) delivers Customer Service to our Buyers, Partners and internal users. As part of SSC is our Selling Partner Growth (SPG) team. Through a more high-touch model, SPG provides our high value selling partners an elevated and differentiated support and services experience, and helps them improve and sustain strong account health and performance on TikTok Shop, which ultimately should accelerate these selling partners' GMV growth.

As the architect and designer of our top seller growth system, you will be responsible for building a full-lifecycle top seller growth and operations framework from the ground up. Your core mission is to systematically enhance merchants' operational capabilities and store health through scientific metric design, efficient operational strategies, and scalable training programs, thereby driving the prosperity and growth of our platform's top seller ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
1. Top seller Growth System Design & Development:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the top seller journey from onboarding, launch, growth, to maturity, defining key stages and core bottlenecks.
- Design and establish a scientific, measurable top seller capability model and health indicator system to provide a data foundation for operational interventions and performance evaluation.
- Create a tiered top seller operation mechanism, formulating differentiated growth targets and operational strategies for merchants at various stages.
2. Scalable Empowerment Curriculum & Product Design:
- Based on the top seller growth path and common pain points, plan and develop a scalable training curriculum system (including but not limited to video courses, live sessions, practical guides, SOPs).
- Transform the successful methodologies and operational "black boxes" of top merchants into replicable, learnable knowledge products and tools.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to drive the productization of empowerment tools (e.g., diagnostic tools, learning platforms, task-guiding systems).
3. Operational Strategy & Playbook Development:
- Act as the "lead operator" for key categories, designing cross-departmental collaborative operational mechanisms to integrate resources like traffic, campaigns, and tools, helping merchants achieve key metric breakthroughs.
- Design and execute growth experiments, continuously optimizing operational strategies through methods like A/B testing, and solidify proven effective operational "playbooks."
4. Team & Knowledge Asset Management:
- Rapidly build and mentor a professional top seller operations or empowerment team.
- Establish a knowledge management loop to continuously accumulate, update, and promote best practice cases, building a "knowledge engine" for top seller growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English are required for this role, including an ability to communicate business terminology with ease; you will be collaborating extensively with partner teams and directly present to leadership teams based in China and across APAC. This collaboration is necessary to support the strategy alignment and drive improvement to the team's operations.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years experience leading customer service/support/success
- Operations: Experience in managing blended footprint of near/off shore BPO networks and in-house resources
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize service delivery processes and performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree preferred.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $125400 - $235980 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
