Responsibilities
1. Seller Engagement Activities & Management:
- Manage the key projects to enhance sellers' engagement with the platform.

- Responsible for managing seller community strategy which builds out a cohesive plan that suits overarching seller community goals and generally exploring and optimizing different incentive activities.
2. Communication Management:
- Create external and internal B2B content including news articles, social media posts, newsletters... for the online sellers community group and other social media channels that motivates, inspires, educates, and engages with sellers.
- Building Monthly Content Plan to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with responsive purpose and editorial strategy.
- Other obligations and duties of the Seller Engagement which are assigned by the team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or above in PR, Marketing, Communications, Event, and similar.
- Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating performance, analytical and data oriented.
- Adept at creating engaging, inspiring, and persuasive B2B content.
- Have a creative sense of evaluating and leveraging creative materials and branding guidelines.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and coordination of cross functional teams.
- Proficient in English
- Proven experience in problem-solving and time management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in eCommerce for major e-commerce platforms, focusing on B2B communication experiences, or relating positions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
