TikTok Shop - Seller Acquisition, Madrid
Responsibilities

This role is based in our Madrid office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sellers acquisition strategies to onboard new sellers and achieve sellers' business cooperation with TikTok Shop.
- Determine the priority of cooperation with sellers through the judgement of sellers' conditions and willingnesses.
- Master the processes for sellers' cooperation and improve efficiency.

Seller Management:
- Communicate and negotiate with sellers to maintain relationships and gain better investment.
- Manage sellers about shop operation, creator marketing, stock, fulfillment, after-sales, etc to ensure sellers' stable sales.
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration to drive the sellers' growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience in business development/ sales/ operation-related positions.
- Possess good judgement and independent thinking ability, and be able to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
- Have excellent expression and communication skills, master negotiation skills.
- High-level fluency in Spanish and English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to be used as the primary language to communicate with the internal team, cross functions, and stakeholders.
