As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Support the design and optimization of creator and MCN onboarding governance frameworks and operational processes.
- Conduct end-to-end dogfooding of creator onboarding journeys to identify potential friction points, policy gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and perform root cause analyses (RCAs) on operational and ecosystem issues to improve efficiency and platform health.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams to identify and mitigate abusive behaviour across the TikTok Shop ecosystem, which could manifest through creators and their content.
- Analyze creator metrics, generating insights to support governance decision making and process improvement.
- Review effectiveness and coverage of creator educational tools to enhance creator experience.
- Support the drafting of governance strategies and external education materials.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
