TikTok Shop - Regional Seller Governance Strategy Manager
Responsibilities
Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) team builds the policies, products, and systems that keep TikTok Shop safe and trustworthy.
In this team, you will leverage data and business insights to identify risks and improve operations, while partnering with Product and regional teams to design scalable solutions and drive strategic initiatives from idea to implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent analysis of operational data to generate actionable insights, evaluate solution effectiveness, and support ad-hoc business analysis requests.
- Drive strategic initiatives by aligning business objectives with operational execution, securing stakeholder buy-in, and ensuring successful rollout and adoption of changes.
- Define and translate business requirements into scalable product and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, system capabilities, and compliance standards.
- Assess existing workflows and design optimized future-state processes. Proactively manage timelines, identify risks, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth and high-quality implementation.
- Serve as the key bridge between country business partners and Product teams, ensuring clear communication, proper expectation setting, and strong alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- 2+ years of experience in governance, policy, risk management, platform integrity, or related fields.
- Proven experience developing and implementing end-to-end policies or operational strategies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability with experience handling large datasets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- In this role, you will be collaborating extensively with partner teams based in China and across APAC such as product, business operations among others. This collaboration is necessary to support the strategy alignment and drive improvement to the seller strategy operations. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for this role, including an ability to communicate business terminology with ease.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $143640 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
