TikTok Shop - Product Manager, Livestream Seller Tools

- Demonstrate strong business acumen and ownership of outcomes. Break down complex problems into actionable strategies, and drive structured, scalable solutions to address key bottlenecks in merchant and creator operations.
- Gather first-hand insights through direct engagement with merchants and creators, and translate them into product strategies and solution designs. Ability to abstract common patterns from individual cases, identify root causes, and assess broader impact.
- Develop a deep understanding of the U.S. market, including merchant/creator business models and user behavior. Leverage landscape insights to continuously strengthen strategic judgment and product decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in product management in Consumer-Facing mobile or web / Internet companies.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to drive high-quality and efficient execution.
- Fast learner with strong ownership and self-motivation. Passionate about work, innovative, resilient, and capable of critical thinking.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. High level of energy, accountability, and team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Experience with live streaming tools or platforms.
- Experience in internet product roles; background in e-commerce or retail is preferred. Experience with live streaming products is a strong plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $176320 - $296020 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
