About the team:
The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers WW. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Shop.
TikTok Shop is seeking a hands-on and strategic Product Manager to lead loyalty and retention initiatives, including the development of user benefit programs and subscription-like offerings. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of customer loyalty on the platform-crafting packages that reward high-value users and building the foundational systems to drive repeat purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap for loyalty programs, subscription-like features, and exclusive user benefits.

- Translate business strategy into product specs that enhance retention and long-term user value.
- Partner with Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to launch pilots and refine loyalty mechanisms based on performance.
- Deeply understand user segments and design differentiated packages to maximize satisfaction and frequency.
- Monitor retention KPIs, feedback loops, and competitor strategies to evolve our loyalty offering over time.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with direct ownership of loyalty, benefits, or subscription models.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to experimentation and iterative delivery.
- Experience in content commerce or user lifecycle-based monetization models.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, DS, and UX.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work in customer rewards, e-commerce loyalty tiers, or Prime-like benefit ecosystems.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156864 - $296020 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
