About the team
This team supports the strategy and operations of TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) agencies in the Indonesian market. As a TSP Strategy Intern, you will assist in the development and execution of management policies, performance tracking, and operational support for agency partners.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

About this role
As an intern, you will contribute to core initiatives such as performance assessment, risk monitoring, and policy optimization, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and driving toward strategic performance targets.

Responsibilities
- Process data to generate weekly reports for strategic incentives and provide data-driven insights that support business strategy.
- Maintain and update project dashboards and trackers related to policies, incentives, and other key initiatives to ensure accurate progress monitoring.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates to evaluate business outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Support cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with internal teams, managing documentation, and streamlining administrative processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to data analysis, strategic planning, and operational support as needed.
- Create visual communication materials such as posters and ensure platform resources are organized, updated, and easily accessible.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information System, Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or any related field.
- Intermediate in SQL, and advanced Excel knowledge [Vlookup, Xlookup, Import Range, Sumif, Pivot table, etc.]
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in written and spoken English.
- Good analytical thinker and comfortable with data processing

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for viewing and collaborating on visual assets.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, research, and daily workflow.
- A genuine interest in e-commerce, digital strategy, or the agency ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Prior internship experience in a fast paced environment.
