TikTok Shop - Operations Manager, Sorting Center

Team Overview
TikTok Shop Sorting Center is dedicated to maximizing sorting efficiency and standardizing operations across our national distribution centers. By leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous quality monitoring, we ensure every parcel moves faster and reaches our customers sooner.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding, performance evaluation, and day-to-day management of outsourced labor providers; ensure resource stability at the distribution center during peak seasons.
- Monitor the overall operational performance of the distribution center; compile monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR) and analyze the ROI (Return on Investment).
- Conduct granular accounting of Cost Per Parcel (CPP), labor costs, and consumables; provide cost-optimization recommendations and supervise their execution.
- Coordinate regional procurement management and provide general administrative support for daily office operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance, Management, or Logistics & Supply Chain are preferred.
- High level of data sensitivity with the ability to identify operational risks and hidden trends within complex datasets.
- Prior experience in labor management or a commercial/analytical background in large-scale logistics centers is highly preferred.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $97200 - $151200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
