TikTok Shop - Operations Integrations Manager, Sortation Systems & Process Readiness
Responsibilities
TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies. We are seeking a hands-on leader to own end-to-end system and process readiness for the Sorting Center network. This role is accountable for building scalable SOPs, driving training and operational readiness, and ensuring new and existing system capabilities are successfully deployed and adopted across Sorting Centers and Middle Mile partners.
This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Middle Mile, Transportation, Product, Engineering, and 3P Service Providers, translating complex system capabilities into simple, executable processes, clear documentation, and effective training programs that enable consistent, high-quality execution at scale.
The ideal candidate is an execution-focused leader who can take ownership, simplify ambiguity, and deliver practical solutions that work on the floor - not just on paper.
Responsibilities
System & Process Ownership
- Own the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Sorting Center system and process SOPs across inbound, sortation, outbound, exception handling, and Middle Mile handoff
- Translate product and system capabilities into clear, executable operational processes
- Ensure SOPs are scalable, audit-ready, and aligned across Sorting Centers and 3P partners
- Standardize best practices and drive network-wide consistency
Training & Operational Readiness
- Design and deliver training programs, playbooks, and certification materials for Sorting Center operators, site leadership, and 3P partners
- Lead system readiness and launch preparedness for new features, tools, and workflows
- Own training strategy for new site launches, network expansions, and major system changes
- Ensure frontline teams are fully enabled to execute new processes with high quality
Cross-Functional Program Leadership
- Partner closely with Middle Mile, Transportation, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive successful deployment of system and process changes
- Act as the operational voice in product and system design to ensure solutions are practical and scalable
- Drive alignment across internal teams and external service providers to deliver against readiness milestones
- Own end-to-end execution for system + process rollouts across multiple sites
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational gaps, friction points, and failure modes across Sorting Center workflows
- Design simple, practical solutions to complex operational problems
- Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes through process, system, or training changes
- Champion continuous improvement culture across the Sorting Center network
Documentation, Communication & Change Management
- Develop clear, high-quality documentation including SOPs, job aids, launch guides, and training materials
- Communicate changes, expectations, and readiness requirements clearly to all stakeholders
- Drive structured change management to ensure adoption and sustained execution
- Provide leadership-level updates on readiness, risks, and execution status

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs in logistics, fulfillment, operations, or supply chain environments
- Experience owning process design, SOPs, training, and operational readiness in a multi-site or network environment
- Experience working across Operations, Transportation/Middle Mile, Product, Engineering, and/or 3P service providers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create clear, executable SOPs and training materials
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive execution without perfect information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or scaling sortation, fulfillment, or distribution center systems
- Exposure to hardware + software integration in live operational environments
- Familiarity with WMS/TMS, sort logic, and operational system workflows
- Experience supporting site launches, network expansions, or major system/process changes
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems into frontline-ready processes
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $208578 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
