Join our TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team as we shape the future of social commerce. The TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team is in charge of managing TikTok Shop Partners - agencies who service merchants on TikTok Shop - and responsible for partners' performance.
We are looking for a Partner Operation Strategy Manager to support and scale TikTok Shop UK's agency ecosystem (TSP & CAP). You will work closely with e-commerce partners and agencies in the UK to identify growth opportunities, develop scalable methodologies, and drive end-to-end strategic initiatives that enhance creator supply, merchant growth, and agency contribution to GMV.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data analysis, and partner operations, ideal for candidates who are highly analytical, structured, and capable of independently driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Ecosystem Strategy & Insights: Build measurable frameworks to evaluate the health, GMV contribution, ROI, and growth potential of UK agencies (TSP & CAP), providing clear strategic direction.
- Partner Operation Strategy & Management: Own the planning and execution of agency operation strategies, including opportunity analysis, target setting, performance review, and growth plan implementation. Design phased agency incentive mechanisms, evaluate ROI, and continuously optimise effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Strategic Projects: Lead cross-team strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with Category, Creator, Product, Governance, and Data teams to optimise supply quality and operational processes. Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects from planning, alignment, to implementation, ensuring milestones are met and objectives achieved.
- Systemisation & Best Practices: Build and iterate SOPs, operational playbooks, and best practices for agency execution, enhancing ecosystem standardisation, professionalism, and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years in consulting, strategy, data-driven operations, or e-commerce ecosystem roles; experience with e-commerce service providers, MCNs, creator agencies, or platform ecosystems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of creator/merchant growth logic, business models, and e-commerce operational processes.
- Solid analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Self-driven, structured, and adaptable, with the ability to independently manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skills.
