TikTok Shop - Logistics Operations Specialist - Malaysia

Responsibilities

About The Team:
Be part of the Logistics Team, the engine behind seamless and efficient deliveries at TikTok Shop. We work closely with sellers, partners, and internal teams to drive operational excellence, improve supply chain performance, and ensure a smooth end-to-end shopping experience for our users.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the logistics operation of TTS Global E-Commerce Malaysia, managing logistics suppliers, ensuring logistics lead time and experience
2. Conduct research and analysis on platform's fulfillment performance, identify and locate operational problems and risks, develop and implement operational improvement plans
3. Responsible for monitoring and iterating the operational KPI of logistics suppliers, continuously optimizing SOP
4. Responsible for improving the logistics service experience of platform sellers and buyers, and cooperating with relevant departments to carry out special project optimization

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in supply chain, logistics management, industrial engineering, or related majors preferred
2. 3+ years in logistics handled 3PL vendors for a big e-commerce company (SEA or China)

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience to work at the corporate side of a major courier company doing ops, quality, or network planning
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment
3. Goal-oriented and results driven, with strong execution and fast learning ability
