About the Team
The Intra-European Logistics Operations Team plays a critical role in Pan-European e-commerce operations. We are dedicated to helping TikTok merchants better fulfill cross-border logistics orders in the Pan-European market, thereby driving merchants' business growth. We are also responsible for optimizing the efficiency of every link in the logistics fulfillment process, to deliver better logistics services for TikTok e-commerce consumers.
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to be responsible for Intra-European logistics operations.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of logistics cost, timeliness and experience for Pan-European routes, coordinate the partnership with 4PL carriers, establish and continuously improve the SOP mechanism for each handover milestone, and continuously enhance the cost and experience metrics through data operation and process optimization.
- As the POC for Pan-European logistics for merchants, you will be deeply involved in daily operation management. By establishing operational SOPs, you will efficiently resolve various core issues related to merchant logistics fulfillment, including but not limited to onboarding and ordering, system integration, shipping error reports, pickup handover, and pickup coordination. You will also conduct merchant training and outreach to improve merchant user experience and retention.
- Continuously track the growth data of merchant 4PL penetration, deliver merchant insights and root cause analysis, identify growth blockers, and collaborate with the local BD team to drive the achievement of the scale and penetration growth targets for European 4PL merchants.
- Responsible for the planning of the pan-European segmented logistics network and the design of order allocation routing strategies, and continuously promote the long-term optimization of network efficiency and cost in combination with the business requirements of various European markets (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.);

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for candidates with a background in logistics and transportation or operations management;
- Have at least 5 years of work experience in logistics operations, with in-depth knowledge of any business links including but not limited to data integration, first-mile pickup, parcel sorting, line haul, courier delivery, return processes and import customs clearance;
- Understand the core logistics needs of merchants, possess merchant communication and problem-solving skills, with prior experience in merchant training, promotion, or merchant onboarding guidance being a plus; result-oriented with strong self-motivation.
- Possess strong data analysis capabilities, able to identify growth opportunities and operational issues through data and drive improvements.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both as working languages to communicate with merchants and logistics service providers based in Mainland China.

Preferred Qualifications
- Have solid working experience in logistics related to European platforms, with in-depth knowledge of major European courier companies and maintain good cooperative relationships with them;
- Familiar with the operation rules and governance policies of large e-commerce platforms;
- Able to undertake short-term business trips within Europe.
