TikTok Shop - Japan Logistics Operations Seller Growth Manager - Japan
Responsibilities
This team is responsible for focusing on developing short term and long term cost targets and related indicators of each business to ensure a reasonable cost structure and accurate data in order to drive growth and improve the end customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with BP&O and the Logistics team to identify and segment medium-to-large sellers with strong BD potential, and develop tailored outreach strategies and engagement plans based on seller profiles;
- Collaborate with industry AMs to establish connections with key sellers, lead initial F2F business discussions, and continuously drive the BD process through online and offline engagement;
- Conduct on-site visits to sellers' warehouses or third-party warehouses, identify and resolve communication and operational blockers, and provide on-site support during logistics service go-live to ensure a smooth transition;
- Consolidate seller needs and pain points identified throughout the BD process, and work closely with the Solutions team to develop scalable, industry-level logistics solutions;

- Provide timely support for sellers' daily logistics-related inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive seller experience;
- Maintain strong relationships with key sellers through regular visits and ongoing engagement, strengthening seller satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in supply chain, logistics management, industrial engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in B2B sales or sales solutions within the logistics or supply chain industry;
- Business-level Japanese proficiency, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively in a cross-border business environment;
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, solid project execution capabilities, results-oriented mindset.
