About The team
This role ensures that vendors consistently deliver the required capacity and service quality to linehaul operations. By driving vendor fulfillment and compliance, this position protects the network from service risks, SLA breaches, and cost inefficiencies. It also strengthens vendor governance, enabling scalable and accountable growth across the logistics network.

Job Descriptions:
- Ensure all fulfillment requests from vendors are completed on time and aligned with operational requirements (especially linehaul).
- Monitor vendor compliance against Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including on-time departure/arrival, capacity fulfillment, and documentation accuracy.
- Validate and analyze vendor performance data provided by Operations to detect non-compliance or risks to fulfillment.
- Drive corrective actions and compliance improvement plans for under-performing vendors, ensuring follow-through and progress tracking.
- Ensure vendor adherence to company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operational Excellence, Linehaul Operations) to ensure vendor performance supports business growth.
- Support procurement and operations in resolving network capacity gaps or service failures related to vendor fulfillment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Holds a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Vendor Management, Middle Mile / Linehaul Operations.
- Strong understanding of express logistics network design, market landscape, cost/service trade-offs, and vendor performance measurement.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication (written & verbal), negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work from North Jakarta.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Logistics/courier industry experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and highly capable of reporting with tight deadlines (Power BI/Data Studio is a plus).
