Responsibilities

About The team
The Health, Safety, & Environment team in TikTok Shop are responsible for managing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of the operations. Ensuring risks are assessed and minimized accordingly, policies are implemented, and compliance is upheld to ensure a culture of safety and sustainability, especially within the warehouse and last-mile environments.

Job Descriptions:
- Conduct daily facility and truck inspections, including 5S implementation.
- Lead facility and route safety assessments, including Safety Journey Management.
- Monitor safe operations and maintenance of the working environment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential electrical and fire hazards.
- Investigate, report, and follow up on all operations-related accidents and incidents.
- Deliver HSE training, including safety induction for daily workers and training on fire safety, first aid, and emergency evacuation drills.
- Ensure daily safety briefings are conducted by team leaders for all on-ground daily workers.
- Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, and natural disasters at any facility.
- Support and participate in internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance in the handling, storage, and disposal of waste and hazardous materials.
- Set up the HSE budget according to the HSE plan and ensure the implementation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate, majoring in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification from the Ministry of Manpower (mandatory).
- Minimum experience in manufacturing and/or logistics operations.
- Experienced in developing and implementing Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
- Experienced in preparing OHS documentation (manuals, SOPs, work instructions, etc.).
- Experienced in handling workplace accidents and incidents, including coordination with external parties and regulatory reporting.
- Experienced in developing and implementing Emergency Response Plan (ERP).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to review contractor and vendor compliance with applicable Indonesian HSE regulations.
- Able to identify unsafe conditions, conduct investigations and audits, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience managing HSE across multiple sites or locations.
