Responsibilities
Team Overview
TikTok Shop Sorting Center is dedicated to maximizing sorting efficiency and standardizing operations across our national distribution centers. By leveraging data-driven insights and rigorous quality monitoring, we ensure every parcel moves faster and reaches our customers sooner.
Responsibilities
- Manage safety compliance across the distribution center; ensure all operations align with local fire, security, and occupational safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards).
- Oversee high-risk activities including yard parking safety, hot work, and forklift operations to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
- Responsible for the routine inspection and maintenance of fire protection facilities; organize employee safety training and regular fire drills.
- Develop emergency contingency plans; lead investigations into safety incidents, manage reporting procedures, and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA certification, or relevant EHS professional qualifications.
- Deep understanding of safety risks within the logistics/warehousing industry and familiarity with local/national fire codes (e.g., NFPA).
- High level of accountability with strong decision-making skills in emergencies; strictly principle-oriented.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $97200 - $151200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
