What you will do?
- Design and deploy agentic workflows leveraging LLMs and modern AI architectures
- Build and productionise AI systems and enablement resources for the global DS organisation
- Develop scalable AI-enabled applications that augment decision-making across multiple business teams
- Contribute to defining the strategic roadmap for AI systems, architecture, and platform integration
- Establish evaluation, observability, and governance standards for AI systems
- Partner closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Business, and Platform teams
- Drive initiatives end-to-end from concept to production with strong product thinking

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor and above degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Analytics;
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Science/Applied ML with deep hands-on AI experience;
- To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive, self-driven and impact-driven person;
- Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives;
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree (MS, PhD.) in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, etc.
- Strong Expertise in LLM systems, agentic orchestration frameworks, and model evaluation;
- Experience integration AI systems with structured data platforms;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $219000 - $374400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
