TikTok Shop - Data Analyst - Governance and Experience

- Building dashboards and reports to monitor marketplace health
- Analyzing data to surface risks and opportunities for improvement

Responsibilities:
- Define and build metrics to measure GNE performance across sellers, listings, creators, and content
- Partner with DE to stage data and develop pipelines that enable scalable reporting and analysis
- Monitor key metrics, investigate anomalies, and deliver timely insights to stakeholders
- Translate analysis into business impact by designing clear dashboards and data solutions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of working experience in data science, with a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in quantitative field statistics is preferred.
- Proficient in SQL, Python or R
- Solid foundation in product analytics, statistics, and experimentation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data tools such as Tableau (dashboards/visualization), Alteryx or Tableau Prep (data prep/ETL), and Jupyter Notebooks (exploratory analysis/prototyping)
- Familiarity with SQL-based environments and big data platforms (Hive, Spark)
- Experience in e-commerce or online marketplace trust & safety strongly preferred

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $101080 - $168889 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
