TikTok Shop - Creator Marketing & Operations Specialist - Mexico

We are looking for a marketer with an analytical mind and creative to work on our creator ecosystem. You will be a strategic and executing part of the go-to-market of the program. Focusing on analyzing channels and communities to understand what creators need at every stage of their journey. You will also design and produce the marketing pieces that accelerate their growth, grow our own channels, and maintain a close relationship with the community. You will work directly with the Creator Marketing Lead and with stakeholders in Brand Marketing, Operations, Partner Management and regional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Co-design the affiliate program marketing strategy
- Identify growth levers, communication gaps and opportunities per segment
- Translate channel and community performance findings into creative briefs
- Build message frameworks by creator journey stage - from awareness to discovery - and land them on concrete pieces with measurable results
- Produce the marketing pieces that execute the strategy with creative quality and branded voice.
- Design and run marketing experiments with clear metrics before scaling.
- Coordinate with freelancers, agencies and the internal design/video team to ensure timely deliverables
- Manage the monthly editorial calendar of campaigns and communication, aligned to the program's milestones, e-commerce seasons (Hot Sale, Buen Fin, etc.) and the creator's journey.
- Adapt global/regional materials to the context of the Mexican market
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, brand, digital agency, creator/influencer marketing, CRM or similar roles
- Hands on experience in production + data, focused on social networks and creators.
- Storytelling and copywriting.
- Knowledge of TikTok and content creators.
- Ability to produce content yourself when needed
- Experience with creative tools.
- Intermediate or above English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creator economy, MCN, affiliate programs, influencer agency or e-commerce brand.
- Background in growth marketing, performance marketing or CRM
- Experience operating branded accounts on TikTok.
- Experience with SQL, Looker, Table or equivalents
- Experience with email marketing / CRM platforms
