TikTok Shop - Creator Manager Lead
Responsibilities
As part of the TikTok Shop UK Creator team, the Creator Manager Lead is responsible for leading the growth and success of the TikTok Shop Creator ecosystem through strategic planning, team leadership, and creator relationship management. Drive GMV growth by building a healthy and scalable creator base, optimizing affiliate penetration across key industries, and ensuring sustainable content supply. This role requires both strong strategic vision and hands-on execution, managing a team to deliver measurable results for TikTok Shop's creator operations.
Responsibility
- Team Leadership & Strategy
Lead and mentor the creator management team, setting clear goals and driving performance to meet GMV and growth targets.
Design and oversee long-term creator growth strategies, ensuring the overall health and sustainability of the TikTok Shop creator ecosystem.
Develop and implement data-driven plans to scale high-quality creators across industries.
- Creator Ecosystem Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with top creators, agencies, and potential high-potential partners.
Collaborate with governance teams to design high-potential creator protection strategies and create education/training programs.
Define and execute talent pipeline plans, from onboarding to nurturing and upgrading creators.
- Content & Product Optimization
Refine short video and livestream content supply strategies to increase scale, quality, and efficiency.
Partner with product and category teams to optimize affiliate products and ensure effective creator-product matching.
Drive cross-category collaboration with key verticals (Beauty, Fashion, H&L, FMCG).
- Operational Excellence
Oversee creator performance monitoring, GMV diagnostics, and ecosystem health analysis.
Manage quarterly budget planning, creator management SOPs, and KPI setting.
Deliver periodic business reviews (monthly/quarterly/annual) with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creator management, e-commerce operations, or affiliate marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering measurable growth in a platform or marketplace environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, data analysis skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing models and the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
