TikTok Shop - Creator Manager (Gadget & Technology), Thailand

Responsibilities

The Electronics & Gadgets Creator Management team partners with creators who produce gadget/tech content and helps them grow their commercial impact on TikTok Shop. The team supports both top creators and long-tail creators by improving content quality, keeping creators aligned with platform priorities, and accelerating creator monetization through strong daily operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Creator Management
- Source, recruit, and manage fashion-category creators across platforms
- Build strong, long-term relationships with creators and brands
- Match creators to the right products and campaigns based on performance, audience, and content style
- Coach creators toward performance goals, improving live and short-video content to grow business and monetization

Campaign Execution & Market Insight:
- Run genre campaigns end-to-end, including timeline management and task allocation
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, category, performance) to brief creators and execute high-impact campaigns
-Track key metrics (CTR, GMV, ROAS, engagement, join rate) to optimize campaigns
- Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives, brand tone, and platform best practices
- Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen creator strategy and product-market fit

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business or a related field
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal
- E-commerce knowledge or hands-on experience (marketplace, live commerce, or online retail)
- Proven track record of improving account or business performance - open to candidates from sales, key account management, or similar backgrounds
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong user-first mindset
- Able to analyze traffic and sales performance to identify actions that improve portfolio and creator results
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and deadlines at once

Preferred Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the KOL and creator landscape in Thailand
- Proven experience developing both established and up-and-coming creators, with demonstrable success cases
- Experience planning and executing online and offline campaigns, with a creative, ideas-driven approach
