TikTok Shop - Creator Growth Manager, Madrid

This role is based in our Madrid office.

- Growing and nurturing creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication. Directly responsible for core GMV target.
- Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to boost their level of growth and increase creators' earning potential on the eCommerce Platform.
- Design and implement internal learning programs and policy enablement for creators, and translate these insights into strategic external initiatives to drive creator engagement and growth.
- Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth.
- Execute ad hoc creator projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders while unlocking value and benefits for creators.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Fast learner and hands-on oriented-able to move things forward
- Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming
- Proficient in verbal and written Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce, sales, or consulting, with a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing training programs, webinars, or workshops that drive participant engagement and growth
- Prior experience as a content creator or deep familiarity with creator ecosystems is a plus
