TikTok Shop - Category Manager Lead, Collectibles

• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with brands, distributors, merchants, and other ecosystem partners to expand the category.
• Partner closely with merchants to develop customized growth strategies by leveraging TikTok Shop's content ecosystem, creator network, affiliate programs, merchandising capabilities, and platform solutions.
• Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable business plans.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Logistics, and other partner teams to solve complex business challenges and improve merchant experience.
• Represent TikTok Shop in external industry engagements and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships within the category ecosystem.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
• Significant experience in e-commerce, marketplace, category management, merchant operations, commercial strategy, business development, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent.
• Demonstrated success driving business growth, category expansion, merchant acquisition, or commercial performance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in marketplace platforms, social commerce, or content-driven e-commerce.
• Experience owning a business category or P&L with measurable commercial impact.
• Experience working with merchants, brands, distributors, or strategic partners.
• Familiarity with the collectibles industry or adjacent consumer categories is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a passion for building businesses and leading teams.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $159000 - $288000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
