About the Team
Hi! We are the Integrated Marketing & Campaign Team (IMC), part of the TikTok Shop US Operations Center.
We are a marketing team plus a sales campaign team. We strategically plan, develop, coordinate, and execute cross-channel marketing campaign and sales campaign strategies, ensuring alignment across all marketing channels such as PR, digital, and social media. We drive brand awareness and engagement to achieve targeted revenue growth and meet business objectives in a cohesive and data-driven manner.
About the Role
As the TikTok Shop US Category Campaign Manager, you will own end-to-end category-specific campaign leadership-crafting tailored marketing strategies for target US e-commerce categories (e.g., beauty, 3C, home goods, fashion) and overseeing their execution to drive category growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with category merchants, creators, and internal teams to hit key campaign metrics, while optimizing category-focused tools and user experiences to build benchmark cases for your assigned categories.
Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated Point of Contact (POC) for category-specific campaigns, formulate category-aligned marketing strategies and plans for participating in US market industry events, oversee campaign pacing and category-specific guidelines, and collaborate with category sellers and creators to achieve campaign goals while taking ownership of key category metrics.
Based on category-specific user needs , target audiences, and category traffic conversion performance, participate in designing category-customized marketing tactics for category merchants, creators, and products. Through rigorous project management, coordinate multiple parties (e.g., category ops, creator partnerships) to implement events, drive overall category business growth, create category benchmark cases , and conduct risk prediction for category events , respond to emergencies, and optimize goals and data based on category performance.
Develop category-aligned monetization projects based on existing mechanic in accordance with category business needs .
Assist in promoting the B-end productization of major category campaigns, including category event project management and category-specific data productization. Collaborate with the C-end product team to iterate category-tailored marketing tools, improving the efficiency of these tools, optimizing category traffic resource utilization, and enhancing positive C-end user perception for the category.
From the category user perspective, cooperate with other departments to effectively summarize category-specific methodologies. Combine category event performance and operational status to promote the optimization of category-specific user experience in major promotion events, and strengthen users' trust in shopping within your assigned category.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of e-commerce operation experience, with a track record of managing campaigns or projects that impact business outcomes.
Strong communication, execution, and coordination skills, with proven project management ability to oversee end-to-end initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce category-integrated marketing, major category campaigns (e.g., Black Friday category promotions), or category-specific event management.
Familiarity with e-commerce short video or live streaming, especially in target categories, with a track record of leveraging these formats to drive category growth.
Capabilities in category campaign creative planning and category data analysis .
High sensitivity to category-specific marketing trendsand user consumption trends in the US market, with the ability to translate trends into actionable campaign strategies.
Experience collaborating with B-end product teams to optimize marketing tools or with C-end teams to improve user experience-specifically for e-commerce categories.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $191330 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
