TikTok Shop - Campaign Project Coordinator, UK

Responsibilities

The UK Campaign Team plans and executes various mega campaigns in the UK market. Leveraging influencer collaborations, product promotions, and marketing activities, we drive overall GMV growth, merchant development, and user engagement in the UK market.

You will assist with the organisation, execution and tracking of campaign projects under the guidance of campaign owners and project managers. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in e-commerce operations.

- Support the implementation of campaign activities across key shopping periods (e.g., seasonal promotions), assisting with task tracking and status updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., account managers, marketing, design, data) to gather deliverables, update timelines, and circulate key updates.
- Assist with campaign documentation, including briefing decks, internal trackers and shared schedules.
- Help monitor campaign performance by compiling data and preparing simple performance summaries for project leads.
- Support logistical tasks such as distributing tasks, scheduling meetings, and maintaining shared campaign calendars.
- Assist with routine administrative workload relating to campaigns, including updating systems and shared folders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfort with basic data tracking and reporting (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Prior internship or support experience in e-commerce related roles, operations or project coordination preferred.

- Detail-oriented with good follow-through on assigned tasks.
- Team player with proactive communication.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage shifting priorities.
