Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to build user awareness and engagement with fashion assortments on the TikTok e-commerce platform.
- Plan and set up marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key promotional calendars.
- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, from launch to post-campaign analysis, ensuring timely delivery, accurate setup, and continuous performance monitoring.

- Work closely with marketing, content, product, and operations teams to align on campaign goals and ensure smooth, coordinated execution.
- Track campaign data in depth, conduct post-campaign analysis, and clearly articulate key insights and next steps to optimize future campaign performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce campaign planning and execution for major local e-commerce platforms
- Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented
- Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams
- Proficient in English and Thai language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
