Responsibilities
TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.
The EU Central Campaign Team is driven by a simple vision: to build meaningful moments that connect users, sellers, and creators, and to turn those moments into sustainable growth for the platform. We design and operate campaigns that not only deliver short-term results, but also strengthen the long-term ecosystem.
Our team focuses on creating high-impact campaign frameworks that bring together content, commerce, and community. Through seasonal and thematic activations, we help shape clear content direction, elevate storytelling standards, and spotlight best practices that can be scaled across markets. Each campaign is an opportunity to inspire participation, unlock creativity, and enable sellers and creators to generate greater value through engaging experiences.
Beyond execution, we serve as an enabler for the wider organization. We work closely with cross-functional partners to align strategy, operations, and insights, ensuring that campaigns are efficient, data-informed, and easy to replicate. By continuously learning from performance and market feedback, we refine playbooks that empower teams on the ground to execute with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Set clear campaign targets for each market segment, breaking down objectives by scenario and campaign phase. Track progress against target breakdowns throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Campaign Package Design: Develop campaign package structures that enhance commercial engagement and campaign effectiveness. Identify the seller and customer needs to shape solutions that align with campaign goals.
- Ads Incentive Program Development: Design and optimize incentive mechanisms that encourage greater participation and ads investment during campaign periods. Work closely with analysis, operations, and planning teams to ensure incentive programs remain efficient and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Campaign Payment partnership collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to integrate payment-related benefits into campaign plans. Support evaluations to determine which collaborations should be scaled or adjusted.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement A/B testing and other analytical methods to enhance budget efficiency.
- Campaign Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively for different promotional tools to optimize campaign ROI
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in campaign management, preferably within a business analysis role, ideally within a fast-paced digital or retail environment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
- Data analysis skill: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Proven experience working within diverse, multicultural teams or across multiple regions, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity to support effective collaboration and campaign relevance.
- Skilled in collaborating with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking accounts and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication with data science team and strategy team

- Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
