TikTok Shop by Tokopedia - Special Project Specialist, Ads - Indonesia

Responsibilities

About the Team
In this role, you will be part of the Special Project team responsible in understanding the industry and its competitive environment as well as exploring opportunities and empowering industry operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teams across various departments to ensure alignment of ads goals and objectives to drive cohesive strategy
- Develop and support projects aimed at increasing ad adoption and revenue
- Lead and ensure seamless ads activation for Tokopedia and TiktokShop

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in large ecommerce platforms, leading consulting or tech companies
- Deep understanding of the ecommerce industry & its business structure, including ads topic
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, results and goal-oriented with commercial experience
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa is required as the primary languages of work,

Preferred Qualifications
- Having e-commerce or ads background is preferred (open for ex consultant or tech company)
- Experience working in e-commerce platforms with a solid understanding of advertising (internal & external)
- Excel in stakeholder management (both with Product & GBS team)
- Data driven
- Strategy related background is preferred
- Able to grasp concept quickly (since this role deals with integration which has dynamic work)
- Mandarin is a plus point which will be used for market-specific communications
