About the team
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.

About the role
This role is under the Deal Hunting team and it sits at the intersection of pricing intelligence and marketplace growth - we don't just track prices, we architect the conditions that keep TikTok Shop and Tokopedia's best products priced well, scaled across thousands of SKUs and sellers through a mix of data-driven targeting, industry collaboration, and platform mechanics.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end supply pricing strategy of different industries to improve platform price competitiveness, driving sustainable GMV growth and user value perception.
- Design and execute mechanisms to secure the most competitive pricing from sellers in scale, including pricing frameworks, negotiation strategies, and incentive structures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other Operations, Category Strategy, Seller Management (AM), Product and Data teams to align pricing strategy with traffic, subsidy, and infrastructure support.
- Identify key assortment & high-impact SKUs, and drive targeted price optimization initiatives
- Establish and maintain data-driven frameworks (dashboards, trackers, experimentation) to continuously evaluate pricing performance, seller participation and program effectiveness.
- Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to increase efficiency, coverage, and scalability of pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in e-Commerce, strategy, consulting, or operations, preferably with exposure to pricing, supply strategy, or marketplace dynamics.
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills; able to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex mechanisms. Experience working in diverse international environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong ownership and execution ability, with a track record of driving projects from 0 to 1 and scaling impact. Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining a high bar for results.
