Responsibilities
IP Campaign FMCG team drives high-impact campaigns that connect leading Mall brands with users across TikTok Shop and Tokopedia. We're a dynamic team focused on delivering strong business impact through campaign strategy, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.
- Assist in the execution of e-Commerce campaigns, including coordinating timelines, content, and communication with stakeholders.
- Support campaign setup, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis to ensure objectives are met.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and other cross-function teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- 2+ years of working experience
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with e-Commerce platforms.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Previous experience in marketing or e-Commerce or brand is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data.
- AI proficiency is preferred.
- Agile and adaptable in fast-paced environment.
