TikTok Shop by Tokopedia - Growth Strategy Specialist, Semi-Consignment - Indonesia

Responsibilities

We are the Indonesia TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Semi-Consignment team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers without extensive e-commerce operation capabilities better succeed on TikTok Shop through operational actions such as managing subsidies, creator matchmaking, and ads.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Build and iterate product incubation and operations framework, responsible for assortment cold-start success rate, core assortment growth rate
2. Deeply analyze the growth paths of products, and optimize strategies and operational processes for the assortment of different phases.
3. Leverage platform budgets, traffic boosts, and other growth tools to develop data-driven resource allocation strategies, maximizing ROI and efficiently driving product ramp-up and breakout growth.
4. Establish a comprehensive data monitoring and evaluation system for assortment growth; continuously validate and iterate assortment incubation strategies and tools through A/B testing and other experimental methods, and distill scalable methodologies.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including category operations, product, algorithm, and traffic teams, to drive the implementation of incubation strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in e-commerce platform operations.
2. Strong data sensitivity and analytical capabilities; proficient in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and insight generation.
3. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; highly results-driven with strong ownership for new challenges.
4. High-level fluency in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to be used as the primary language to communicate with the internal team, cross functions, and stakeholders who are non-Bahasa Indonesia speakers/markets.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong experimentation mindset and data-driven decision-making ability; capable of identifying growth leverage points under resource constraints. Demonstrated ability to manage 0-1 initiatives and multiple incubation projects with strong execution and ownership.
2. Experience in e-commerce platform new product incubation or category strategy is a plus.
