TikTok Shop by Tokopedia - Affiliate Operations Specialist, Semi-Consignment - Indonesia

Responsibilities

About the Team:
We are the Indonesia TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Semi-Consignment team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers without extensive e-commerce operation capabilities better succeed on TikTok Shop through operational actions such as managing subsidies, creator matchmaking, and ads.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for affiliate creator operation in Indonesia Semi-Consignment team, in charge of batch matchmaking, and directly responsible for the GMV results of affiliate GMV of small and medium-sized creators
- Continuously conduct closed-loop analysis, reviews, optimizations, and innovations on affiliate resource and other creator outreach channel.
- Seek rationalized incentive measures, conduct regular training and etc, and collaborate with agencies to ensure workforce efficiency of the BPO team meets our expectations.
- Fully understand the strategy direction of Semi-consignment and planned the Mass Matchmaking business strategy (GMV target, initiatives to archive, resources and investment needed, timeline etc.) in the long run.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3 years+ of experience in e-commerce platform , with basic understanding of creator operations, familiarity with platform resource application, and prior experience in creator outreach and connection establishment preferred
- Have good data analysis capabilities, possess the ability to summarize and strategic thinking, and have clear and structural logic.
- Strong self-motivation, good communication and coordination skills with stakeholders (bpo, creators, internal cross functional staff, etc.), strong collaborative mindset.
- Proficient Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Has related creator matchmaking experience
