TikTok Shop Business Operations (BPO) Specialist (Third-party Associate, Japan)

Responsibilities

About the Team
The TikTok Shop operations team aims to build an efficient and diverse content-commerce ecosystem. Its sub-teams work closely together to maximise value and solve problems for sellers, creators and users.

Key Responsibilities
• Revenue-related Data Collection, Analysis & Administrative Support (50%): collect and analyse sales / revenue-related data, support materials preparation and provide general administrative support to the team.
• Internal Training Materials (30%): create internal training materials for the team and related departments.
• Incentive Configuration & Distribution (20%): use internal tools to configure and distribute incentives targeted at sellers and creators.

Working Conditions
• Working hours: 10:00-19:00, 1-hour break (nominally 12:00-13:00, may be taken flexibly according to workload)
• Overtime: approximately 20-30 hours per month
• Office: ByteDance K.K. Head Office, Shibuya Hikarie

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
• 1+ years of data analysis experience using BI tools (required).
• Able to collect and analyse sales / operations data accurately and support preparation of business materials.
• OA skills: Word intermediate, Excel intermediate, PowerPoint beginner; Access not required.
• Able to work with Lark (internal communication) and Zoom (meetings).
• Language requirement:TOEIC 730 recorded in the staffing request. Used for internal materials.

Preferred Qualifications:
• SQL proficiency.
