The TikTok E-commerce Governance and Experience team is responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators globally. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality for our community.
As an Operations and Performance Management Program Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, improving, and optimizing process and product gaps to drive operational efficiency and accuracy. You will work with stakeholders to understand their pain-points, design sustainable and scaleable solutions, and gain support for optimization programmes.

- Driving process improvement initiatives, leveraging AI assisted features for efficiency and accuracy.

- Identifying gaps and areas of optimisation through data analysis and performance tracking.
- Providing data driven insights and recommendations for decision making.
- Building dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide transparency into global operational performance.
- Implementing scalable and sustainable operational excellence frameworks, and enabling long term performance monitoring.
- Produce regular high-quality reports to summarize new trends and business impacts for updating senior management teams.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to fraud operations.
- Requires international travel and working across global timezones if needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional experience in operation and investigation related to fraud, abuse, or cybercrime.
- Strong project management skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with an ability to understand complex relationships among large datasets.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or equivalent is a must.
- Work well under pressure, and can prioritize high impact workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior project management or product operations experience is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
