TikTok Shop - Acquisition Product Growth Strategy Manager

About the team
The Merchant Acquisition Incubation team manages the incubation journey for high potential sellers within TikTok E-commerce EU.
As an integral part of the team you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth work-streams, thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business.

Responsibilities:
1. Own platform product growth metrics, including new seller listings, new product launches, and active/selling products.
2. Develop product growth and merchandising strategies by building scalable mechanisms across the product lifecycle, from opportunity products to hero products.
3. Design incentive and traffic support strategies, including product listing incentives, cold-start support, and product growth acceleration mechanisms, to improve long-term growth efficiency and ROI.
4. Build scalable product cold-start and traffic allocation mechanisms to improve product incubation efficiency.
5. Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Search & Recommendation teams to drive business growth through data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in lead generation, data analysis, or CRM products within the B2B industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven project management skills and a track record of delivering high-ROI projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement, with the capability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
