TikTok Shop - Acquisition and Mass Incubation Lead (Vietnam)

SMB plays a critical role in seller acquisition, incubation, and education, forming the foundation for a healthy and scalable ecosystem on TikTok Shop. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impact on seller growth by empowering them through knowledge transfer, training, and progress tracking, as well as collaborating with various cross functional teams to help improve seller growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Merchant Ecosystem Management: Lead the growth of e-commerce video and live-streaming metrics by designing and implementing seller programs and commercial policies, ensuring a healthy and sustainable supply of merchants on the platform.
- Seller Acquisition and Incubation: Analyze segmented seller data for Acqusition and Incubation, conduct in-depth assessments of product and content supply, and identify key growth drivers for merchants.
- Merchant Supply Strategy: Perform detailed qualitative and quantitative research on market supply, platform positioning, seller funnel, and industry trends to develop a comprehensive merchant supply strategy, including segmentation and root cause analysis of fluctuations.
- Program Efficiency: Oversee budget management and control, while measuring the effectiveness of programs against deliverables.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in tools, products, and SOPs. Proactively leverage platform features to enhance program deployment and efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- People management experience
- 5+ years of experience in seller management, relevant experience in defining categories and seller segmentation, seller acquisition incentives, seller incubation mechanism, seller growth.
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have certain data analysis capabilities, structured thinking, idea-driven, and goal-result-oriented
- Good presentation skills, logical thinking and strategic thinking
- Strong understanding of influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
