The Creator team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Assist in Rights Holder Partnerships: Help identify and build relationships with K-Content production companies and studios to acquire official exclusive materials.
- Support Global Creator Campaigns: Assist in onboarding global TV/film creators and support content programming, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize official K-Content IPs.
- Help with Content Coordination & Quality Assurance: Review creator content proposals, manage the delivery of partner assets, and help educate creators on IP usage.
- Collaborate on Promotional Operations: Support cross-functional teams in curating promotional spaces (e.g., dedicated H5 pages) and coordinate cross-promotion to maximize visibility for both creator and partner content.
- Support Performance Tracking & Reporting: Help monitor creator content performance, pull basic data insights, and manage operational lists with high attention to detail.
- Assist with Copyright Compliance: Support the team in monitoring content creation to ensure all outputs adhere to Korean copyright regulations and partnership agreements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Based in Seoul, fluent Korean speaker and working proficiency in English.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
- A strong passion for and deep understanding of current trends in entertainment/media, TV/film and animations, alongside a solid grasp of TikTok's platform, creator dynamics, and community engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills-able to manage lists, track data, and handle multiple tasks independently with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with creators, internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving mindset-ability to triage first-level inquiries regarding copyright or technical issues calmly and professionally.
- Fast learner who is proactive, hardworking, and ready to adapt to Our Company's fast-paced culture.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Internships or school project experience in marketing, media, entertainment, or creator operations is a plus.
- A good visual and design sense (helpful for promotional page layouts) is a strong plus.
