TikTok Operations Project Intern (TikTok-Operations) - 2026 start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

Our team focuses on accelerating the growth of high-quality content across categories, with a strong emphasis on developing creators and strengthening content perception on TikTok. We work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and creators to drive impactful campaigns, elevate content standards, and unlock monetization opportunities at scale.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of creator programs, including education, and partnerships to drive progression toward higher content quality tiers.
- Assist in both online and offline campaign execution, including agency coordination, in-app setup, creator communications, and amplification.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., content output, engagement, monetization contribution).
- Manage creator pipelines and performance trackers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Review content and support initiatives to improve content quality and creator visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, events, monetization opportunities, and key platform programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Based in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Strong interest in social media and content.
- Currently pursuing in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Able to communicate fluently in Thai and English.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with TikTok and content and features.
