TikTok Operations Project Intern (Emerging Verticals & Creator Marketing) - 2026 start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

Creators are at the heart of TikTok's ecosystem. The Emerging Vertical & Creator Marketing team focuses on accelerating creator ecosystem growth by attracting high-potential creators, supporting scalable creator programs, and strengthening TikTok's creator supply in Korea.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support the development of creator-facing messaging for external platforms.
- Assist in executing multi-channel outreach across social media, creator communities, and partner channels.
- Support the preparation of campaign materials and messaging assets.
- Conduct research on creator behavior across external platforms and relevant market trends.
- Track key campaign metrics, including creator sign-ups, activation, and content output.
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to improve messaging and performance.
- Maintain tracking sheets, reports, and related documentation.
- Support coordination across Marketing, Creator teams, and external partners.
- Assist with communication, progress tracking, and day-to-day project operations.
- Help ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Based in Seoul, Korea and available for on-site work.
- Fluent Korean speaker and working proficiency in English.
- Strong interest in content platforms and creator ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think from a creator and user perspective.
