In this regard, the Governance and Experience team of Local Services seeks to preserve trust and uplift the user experience for TikTok Local Services, by designing and implementing end-to-end programmes that enable a safe, trustworthy and thriving international marketplace.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and optimise industry-specific merchant and product onboarding/posting standards, review rules, governance strategies, KYB (Know Your Business) solutions, POI (Point of Interest) and review management mechanisms to mitigate baseline and ecosystem risks, reduce negative feedback, and enhance user experience.
2. Collaborate with business teams to conduct risk assessments based on business initiatives, improve end-to-end governance frameworks, and drive the implementation of governance solutions.
3. Adopt a data-driven approach to refine risk perception and governance metrics.
4. Enhance governance logic through risk monitoring and data insights to drive down risk indicators.
5. Work with product and model development counterparts to improve governance tools and model recognition capabilities, increasing governance efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. 3 years of experience in platform governance, risk governance, merchant/product governance, or content ecosystem governance.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analysis, or related fields.
3. Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive complex projects.
4. Proactive and self-motivated, capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in local services/e-commerce is preferred.
2. Proficiency in data query and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) is preferred.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to develop and communicate complex strategies in writing.
