TikTok LIVE - Partner Growth & Incubation Manager (Turkey)
Responsibilities
The LIVE Operations team is committed to building a vibrant and sustainable TikTok LIVE ecosystem by empowering creators and agencies through structured growth, monetization enablement, and community-driven operations.
We are looking for a LIVE Partner Growth & Incubation Manager based in Turkey, responsible for expanding agency partnerships while incubating and scaling partners through data-driven programs and community operations. This role blends business development with ecosystem incubation, supporting long-term creator success and commercial growth in the Turkish market.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner Development & Expansion
- Identify, approach, and onboard agencies, MCNs, and talent organizations to strengthen the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in Turkey.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring alignment with platform strategy, content standards, and growth objectives.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration models within the live streaming and digital entertainment space.
2. Agency Incubation & Community Operations
- Build and operate LIVE agency communities, setting up engagement frameworks to increase agency activity, retention, and effectiveness.
- Design and execute incubation initiatives such as agency education programs, creator recruitment plans, and monetization growth campaigns.
- Launch incentive-based programs to drive creator onboarding, revenue uplift, and agency engagement.
3. Performance & Data Management
- Monitor agency and creator performance using data and defined KPIs.
- Analyze operational and community data to identify growth opportunities and improve incubation outcomes.
- Provide structured insights and recommendations to support business and ecosystem optimization.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with internal teams including Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, and Data to drive partner success.
- Deliver partner training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Ensure all agency operations align with TikTok LIVE's community policies, brand positioning, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Experience in business development, agency management, ecosystem operations, or partner growth within internet platforms, live streaming, or digital media industries.
3. Hands-on experience working with agencies, creators, or partners, including onboarding, education, and performance tracking.

4. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capability.
5. Experience leading partner workshops, training sessions, or community initiatives.
