Responsibilities
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
1. Campaign Ideation: Develop creative and locally relevant campaign concepts for TikTok LIVE that resonate with Turkish creators and viewers alike. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to magnify the impact of our campaigns and align with overall company goals.
2. Content Creation and Curation: Work closely with creator managers, agency managers and content creators to develop engaging and culturally sensitive content for TikTok LIVE in Turkey. Curate content to enhance the authenticity and appeal of online and offline content campaigns.

3. Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute TikTok LIVE campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all elements align with the brand and resonate with the target audience. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
4. Collaboration and Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with TikTok LIVE creators and other relevant partners in the Turkish market. Negotiate and manage partnerships to maximize campaign reach and impact.
5. Social Media Management: Create and implement plans for TikTok's social media platform to promote live streaming events. Work with cross functional teams to produce engaging content. Highlight live streaming campaigns and important events. Build engagement on owned social channels. Encourage participation in live streaming activities. Monitor social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns. Use these insights to improve future efforts.
6. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute TikTok LIVE campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all elements align with the brand and resonate with the target audience. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
7. Brand and Community Building: Develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen the Tik Tok LIVE brand reputation in Turkey. Foster a sense of community among TikTok LIVE creators and users by encouraging user engagement and interaction through campaigns and events.
8. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the Turkish LIVE landscape, understanding trends, user and creators' behavior, and cultural nuances and share them with the team. Identify and monitor key competitors' campaigns and market opportunities for TikTok LIVE.
Qualifications
Minimun Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- 5+ years proven experience in marketing, with a preferred (but not mandatory) focus on live streaming
- In-depth knowledge of the Turkish market and cultural nuances.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for campaign performance measurement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working on TikTok LIVE campaigns or similar platforms.
- Understanding of social media trends and emerging platforms.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with content creators.
- Project Management skills to plan and deliver content events across multi-stakeholders.
