Responsibilities
TikTok's data scientist team is a critical component of the platform's success, responsible for leveraging data to enhance user experience, optimize content delivery, and drive business decisions. As a leading social media app known for its short-form video content, TikTok relies heavily on data science to stay ahead in a competitive market.
Job Description
1. Build and improve the data construction of the TikTok core indicator system combined with different business goals, including modules such as user experience, compliance functions, and user security, to ensure the accuracy of the data and its alignment with business scenarios;
2. Regularly monitor core indicators, continuously track the flow and usage of data, be able to clearly identify abnormal data, and warn and disassemble the reasons for indicator changes, while finding suggestions for optimization and improvement and intervention measures;

3. Explore and summarize the analysis methodology, research analysis theories, promote the iterative optimization of data products, and improve analysis efficiency;
4. Be able to enhance communication with the business, regularly produce analysis reports, and proactively help the business discover potential growth points.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years and above working experience; priority is given to data-related disciplines such as statistics, computer science, and quantitative analysis background;
2. Strong curiosity, able to actively understand the business, quickly understand the business logic, and be able to translate it into data issues;
3. Have a good sense of ownership, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of cooperation, and strong self-driven ability;
Preferred Qualification
1. Excellent communication and coordination skills and cross-departmental teamwork skills.
