TikTok Commerce - Growth Strategy Manager, Business Planning and Operation

Responsibilities

Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies to support partners' onboarding, growth, and long-term success on TikTok.
- Identify opportunities and operational challenges within the partner ecosystem, and design structured initiatives to improve merchant performance and platform supply.
- Partner closely with industry teams, operations teams, and product teams to translate strategic initiatives into scalable programs that can be effectively implemented by frontline teams.
- Leverage product capabilities and platform tools to build scalable solutions that improve merchant enablement and operational efficiency.
- Analyze partner performance data and ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities and continuously refine merchant strategies.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement partner growth initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, marketplace operations, merchant operations, or related fields.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, product, or merchant success teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify business opportunities and inform strategy development.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with marketplace platforms, merchant ecosystems, or e-commerce growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable operational or product solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Highly proactive with strong ownership, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
